Change-of-Mind Returns
Customers may return an unused product within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
Defective / Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us on fmanaskov@gmail.com before returning it. We will provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
